Verity is the founder of tbh, a leading influencer management agency that provides 360 representation to some of the UK’s top digital creators - including Hannah Lowther, Ellie Middleton and @foodbyremi . With an audience of over 40,000 influencers and industry professionals across platforms, she has been featured in Evening Standard, Vogue Business, and Cosmopolitan.
She began her career at Gleam, where she managed creators including Grace Beverley and Olivia Neill. During this time, she played a key role in conceptualizing and launching Grace’s sustainable brand, TALA, and brokered Olivia’s exclusive podcast deal with Spotify. Now, as the driving force behind tbh, Verity has built a roster of 20 exclusive and 150 non-exclusive creators in under two years, collectively reaching an audience of over 25 million.
