THE VISIBILITY LAUNCHPAD TERMS OF PURCHASE
INTRODUCTION
These Terms of Purchase set out how you (the User) can make purchases from our Site. Please read them carefully. We pride ourselves in providing a high level of customer service and ensuring that you are clear in respect of all your rights relating to your purchase.
We are a company based in the UK who specialise in supporting entrepreneurs, predominantly those who operate virtually online. Our Terms of Purchase are governed by UK legislation. It is important that you are aware that:
- You are purchasing a template document and access to a private podcast feed. This does not create a one-to-one facilitator client relationship.
- On purchase you will be provided with instant access to the templates or the material. At the point of purchase, you are confirming your express consent to receiving the access to the template immediately. In agreeing to be granted access at the point of purchase you will lose your right to cancel and your right to a refund.
- Our materials are drafted in accordance with English law. We make no guarantees that the materials will be suitable or correct for any other jurisdictions.

It is always our aim that you will be fully satisfied with your purchase. Should you have any questions about your purchase we will be happy to assist.
PURCHASE TERMS FOR TEMPLATES: DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
We are proud of our media materials and the way that they enable entrepreneurs and PR professionals to pitch to the media in a simple and cost effective manner. You can find the details and contents relating to each specific material on the sales page for that material at the point of purchase.
When you buy materials from us you obtain instant access to digital copies of the documents/ templates and/or trainings. You will receive the media templates as Google Doc documents and PDF documents. You can download and save the documents to your device. You will also receive a link to our private podcast feed. As you receive these files instantly you will not be entitled to receive a refund so do check that you are purchasing the correct product or service to meet your needs.
Should you contact us via social media or email before you make a purchase we will do our best to support you with the offer which may best suit your needs. We make no guarantee that the offer we recommend is suitable for you or your business and we are unable to provide you with legal advice.
Please be advised that we reserve all rights to our intellectual property for both our customised and non-customised products and services. This means that whilst you are free to use the downloads digitally or, where appropriate, print out a copy for personal use you are not permitted to copy, distribute, adapt, edit or share any of our products with third parties.

USING OUR TEMPLATES AND MATERIALS
The documents are templates which you can review and amend to include your own business details.
Before sending the templates as pitches to the media, you will need to edit them to suit your business and/or personal details.
The templates have brackets where you need to enter the details relevant to you. By the time your template is ready to be sent as a pitch there should be no brackets remaining.
Our materials are designed to provide media information. At all times the information within our materials should be considered generic only and should you need personalised advice or support you should seek one to one engagement.
LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms and any claim or dispute arising in relation to any purchase will be governed by English law. You and we agree that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such claim or dispute.
