Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking a workshop from our site. Please ensure that you understand these terms and conditions prior to making a purchase from us as by booking a workshop from us you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Introduction
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Bianca Barratt Limited (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and workshop participants (“you” or “participants”).
By registering for and participating in our workshops, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
Workshop Registration and Payment
To register for a workshop, you must complete the online registration form on our website.
All workshop fees are as specified on our website at the time of registration.
Payment must be made in full at the time of registration. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, debit cards, and online payment methods and issue a receipt upon purchase.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
Cancellation made at least 7 days in advance will be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop will result in a cancellation fee of £100.
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of your request.
Workshop Changes and Rescheduling
Bianca Barratt Limited reserves the right to make changes to workshop schedules, locations, or content. We will make every effort to inform participants of such changes as soon as possible.
In the event of a rescheduled workshop, participants will be given the option to attend the rescheduled date or receive a full refund.
Workshop Conduct
Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and considerate manner during workshops.
Participants must adhere to any safety guidelines and instructions provided during the workshop.
Any participant who engages in disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may be asked to leave the workshop without a refund.
Liability and Insurance
Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being during the workshop.
Bianca Barratt Limited is not responsible for any personal injuries, accidents, or damage to personal property that may occur during the workshop.
Intellectual Property
Workshop materials, including handouts and presentations, are protected by copyright. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Bianca Barratt Limited.
Privacy and Data Protection
Bianca Barratt Limited respects your privacy. We will collect, store, and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website.
Consent to Photography and Filming
Participants may be photographed or filmed during workshops. By participating, you consent to the use of your likeness for promotional or marketing purposes. Non consent requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] prior to the workshop.
Force Majeure
Bianca Barratt Limited shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of nature, government restrictions, strikes, or other unforeseeable circumstances.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
Changes to the Terms
These Terms may be amended from time to time. Participants will be bound by the most current version posted on the Bianca Barratt Limited website.

Trainee/Workshop Participant Conduct
The Bianca Barratt Limited trainers, Bianca Barratt and/or Grace Hooper will provide training to you within the scheduled time either in person or online subject to workshop purchased arrangements. You (the participant) are expected not to use mobile phones, not to record the sessions without prior permission during the training except in an emergency. Audio or video recording devices or cameras are NOT permitted during the training.
Training Location
Full training will be provided via Zoom or Microsoft Teams for online workshops live at the agreed time in a group setting. Full details will follow following a payment.
Payments
Payment is accepted by Stripe and PayPal. We do not provide credit terms. Cleared payment must be received prior to the workshop.
Lateness
In the event of the attendee or attendees arriving later than the scheduled start time of the session the session may be edited to ensure that the session ends at the designated time. In the event of attendees arriving more than 30 minutes later than the scheduled start time, the session will go ahead as scheduled and no refund will be due.
Cancellation Rights
Our 7-day transparent cancellation policy applies to all workshops as per 1 and 1.1 below.
It is important that when you book with us you are serious about learning from us.
- If you are unable to attend or you have changed your mind following a full payment of the workshop you will need to notify us 7 days in advance of the workshop to be eligible for a full refund – cancellation fee applies.
You will not get a refund If you notify us less than 7 days prior to the workshop. You will need to repurchase the workshop as no refund will be available outside our “7 days cancellation policy”.
1.1. An administration charge of £100 is applicable to all cancellations. The administration fee helps towards our associated costs in preparing for your bespoke workshop, manually handling payments, refunds, and providing a reliable support service.
Content
The Website is owned and operated by Bianca Barratt Ltd. The design and content featured on the Website, including images, artwork, graphics, photography and text are copyrights and controlled or licensed by Bianca Barratt Limited. The site is protected by copyright and all worldwide rights, titles and interests are reserved.
Making a Purchase
By ordering any item from us you confirm that you are over 18 years of age.
Price listed is per person. You will book our workshops through ThriveCart, our chosen cart provider. Payment will be processed via PayPal or Stripe and we accept credit and debit cards. You will receive a receipt upon purchase.
Changes to the Terms and Conditions of Sale
Our terms and conditions of sale may be changed as we reserve the right to alter prices and dates of our workshops at any time and any price change will be communicated to you as soon as possible.
All products offered for sale by Bianca Barratt Limited are subject to date availability. The price of the products/workshops shall be the price listed in UK pounds sterling on the website on the date of your order. All prices displayed on the website must be paid in full at time of purchase. We do not accept provisional bookings and/reservations as all bookings must be paid in advance to guarantee your place. We operate on a first come first served basis.
Course Material and Handouts
All course handouts and material whether supplied in a printed or digital format will remain the copyright property of Bianca Barratt Limited. Attendees may use the material for internal purposes only but are not permitted to reproduce the material without the prior written agreement.

Language Requirements
You must speak and understand English. If you do not speak English and wish to bring someone to translate for you for the duration of the workshop please note that there will be a full charge for the second person as though the second person is attending the workshop.
