Payment

Payment is taken via debit or credit card immediately upon joining The Scoop. This is a recurring payment plan, so will automatically renew upon the agreed term.

Membership Cancellation

Should you wish to cancel your membership, please inform The Scoop team at [email protected] who will ensure cancellation is made before your next billing cycle commences. After this you will not be charged again. You will have access to The Scoop members’ areas and any new newsletters for the remainder of your current billing cycle.

 Refunds

We understand that sometimes you forget to cancel your subscription before the next payment is taken. If this is the case, you have 24 hours after payment is taken to inform The Scoop team that you would like a refund, after which we will follow the membership cancellation policy.

All information shared in The Scoop newsletters, the members’ area and in one-to-one consultations is the intellectual and copyright property of Bianca Barratt Ltd. If any information (articles, course materials) is taken and/or shared, without express permission (for example, you are encouraged to download a template) Bianca Barratt Ltd claims the right to take any and all necessary legal action. If Bianca Barratt and/or The Scoop's intellectual property is repackaged and sold as someone's own Bianca Barratt Ltd also claims the right to take any and all necessary legal action
